Everything else on the panel is measured against "1 gummy," so every number below already reflects a single serving, not the whole bottle.
Check servings per container
30 servings at 1 gummy a day means the 30-gummy bottle lasts 30 days, one gummy for one day.
Tell the plus from the asterisk
"+" means no Daily Value is set for that ingredient. The lone "*" next to boron has no printed key on this panel, which is a gap, not a footnote.
Read the double asterisk on carbs
"**" points to "Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie per day diet," the standard nutrition-label footnote, applied here to the 1% carbohydrate figure.

The label's one printing error
Tribulus Terrestris Extract 10:1 is printed with the Latin name Trigonella foenum-graecum L. beneath it. That is fenugreek's Latin name, printed a second time, word for word, from the line directly above it on the panel. Tribulus terrestris has a different scientific name. This site transcribes the panel exactly as printed and flags the error rather than silently fixing it, because the maker has not confirmed which plant is actually inside.
